FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ATLANTA (July 3, 2018) – The Recovery Coach, LLC, a company that specializes in relapse prevention and continuing care services, today announced it will join Atlanta Center for Wellness, a multidisciplinary group practice in Atlanta, Ga., that utilizes a holistic, integrative approach toward mental health. Founded by Alison Broderick, NCRC-II, The Recovery Coach was established out of a need for consistent, strengths-based support for individuals struggling with, or in recovery from, substance use disorder, eating disorders, codependency, anxiety and depression.
“It is an honor and a privilege to partner with Atlanta Center for Wellness,” said Broderick. “I have so much respect for the clinicians who belong to this practice, and I strongly believe in their collaborative, integrative approach toward mental health and wellness.”
The Recovery Coach serves as an adjunct to one’s recovery program and is ideal for:
Individuals who have recently completed treatment (PHP, IOP or residential) and need accountability and guidance upon their return home
Individuals who have been to treatment multiple times, who are already familiar with the tools of recovery but need help putting them into practice
Individuals who are in recovery but are struggling to maintain sobriety/recovery
Family members whose loved one is struggling with, or in recovery from, substance use disorder, eating disorders and other addictive behaviors
“The Recovery Coach is a great addition to our practice,” said Ephrat Lipton, ACSW, LCSW, BCD, CEDS, co-founder of Atlanta Center for Wellness. “The mental health industry is recognizing a strong connection between a continuum of care and long-term recovery.
