As a certified barre3 instructor, Alison believes in the power and celebration of movement. Every presentation begins with light yoga postures that are appropriate for every level. "Motion Creates Emotion" and helps to set the stage for a successful and transformative experience. Her holistic, whole-body wellness approach to recovery includes simple ways to balance the body with the mind and spirit, and she implements this philosophy even in her speaking engagements.
