The Recovery Coach Welcomes Jeanne Schultz

ATLANTA (October 27, 2020)The Recovery Coach, LLC, a company that specializes in relapse prevention and continuing care services, today announced the addition of Jeanne Schultz, M.Ed., CPRC, CPS-AD, to its team of certified peer support specialists.


Schultz, a person in long-term recovery, received her certification as a peer recovery coach in the summer of 2020 through the Alcohol & Drug Addiction Certification Board of Georgia (ADACBGA), as well as a certified peer specialist for addictive diseases through the Georgia Council on Substance Abuse (GCSA). She also holds a master’s degree in education from Mercer University in Atlanta. A retired middle school teacher of 26 years, Schultz is excited to teach a new set of skills (i.e., recovery) to individuals and families who are struggling. 


“I am delighted to join The Recovery Coach because of its level of professionalism, dedication to others and methods used to quantify results. Clients are in good hands, from the initial consultation to the final session. Team members are compassionate, knowledgeable and eager to help others find freedom. They are committed to their own recovery and continual growth as mental health professionals,” said Schultz. 

 

Schultz will work closely with those who are actively seeking recovery from addiction, eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. Additionally, she specializes in codependency recovery coaching for families, drawing on her own lived experience and professional training to provide a unique, in-depth perspective.
